AND ALL OTHER SITES IN THE PATRIOT GROUP OWNED / ACQUIRED BY
SERIAL PTR SCAMMER JOE TARKINGTON WHO SEEMS RELUCTANT TO
PAY MEMBERS THEIR EARNINGS !
BirdCrazyMail ~ ALSO PAID TO CLICK
Sold without notice on 25 April 2013 by Misty Schoiber and now a member of the Patriot Group of sites'
scam owned by serial PTR scammer Joe Tarkington
Misty Schoiber left without paying
members. When Joe Tarkington took over, payment requests were deleted and
a strict $2 per 30 days was instigated but for many months in the year he was
'too busy' to meet those payments. Despite this, ad results remained quite good.
No effort was made to encourage advertising sales, the upgrades and advertising rates have not been touched
since Misty Schoiber walked away in 2013, there have been no sales or competitions or special offers of any kind since Tarkington took over. As with all sites
in the Tarkington empire, they are expected to run and make money on their own with zero input from the owner. Failure, we are told, is down to the members
In September 2016 Tarkington announced that Lifetime Affiliate Pages, bought
and paid for in good faith, would be deleted without compensation.
As of June 2017 program owner Joe Tarkington is almost
8 months behind in payments. No
announcement has been made and support tickets are ignored. Unsurprisingly, ad results are miserable.
The majority of cash ads on the site for the previous
8 months belonged to the site helper - members are
clicking the site helper's ads but no payments have been made at this site since
27 September 2016
This member has $8 earned in good faith which she will never see.

A member of the scam Patriot Group of sites owned by Joe Tarkington
"Rescued" by Joe Tarkington 30 May 2014, all cashout requests by any member who was not from a tier 1 or tier 2
country were deleted without notice, members were informed only payments to tier 1 and 2 members would
be honoured, everyone else must use their earnings for ads.
31 May 2015 all payment requests were deleted, and the rules changed. Payment requests of exactly $1 every
30 days. No notification was anywhere on the site, the Terms of Service did not reflect this so new members are unaware. Any payment request which
is not exactly $1 from then on is deleted.
In June 2015 the payment request option was removed without notice, so members cannot request payment and the site was changed
to 'revenue share'. This means only the top clicker(s) are paid, everyone else gets nothing no matter how many ads they bought or clicked. Ad
results deteriorated accordingly.
No payments have been made at this site since
03 October 2016
This member has $2 earned in good faith which she will never see.

Acquired 31 January 2013 without notice from Tammie Monahan and now part of the
scam Patriot Group of sites owned by Joe Tarkington.
For a while, ad results remained quite good but by the beginning of 2014 this changed. Other than than
blasting the membership and previous owner for the demise of the site and PTR in general, Tarkington took little interest. An admin helper was put in place
to process ads and deal with general support. In almost 4 years, no changes were made to upgrades or advertising options, it is no wonder few, if
any, ads were sold. Certainly, little effort was made to make SeaturtlesPTR successful.
As of June 2017 program owner Joe Tarkington
is 8 months behind in payments. No
announcement has been made and support tickets are ignored.
No payments have been made at this site since
21 September 2016
~ ALSO PAID TO CLICK A member of the
scam Patriot Group of sites owned by Joe Tarkington
The latest victim was "rescued" by Joe Tarkington in January
2017. He boasted his purchase of the silvester-mails.com domain name from a Godaddy auction on Christmas Day 2016, and completed the purchase of the site files from the previous owner on 08 January 2016.
Even with an
8-month backlog of payment requests in place throughout his sites,
scammer Tarkington found money for yet
another site to add to his many dozens (mostly derelict) ptr sites instead of paying loyal members their earnings
at his many other sites.
As usual when a site becomes part of the Patriot Group, all cashout requests at Silvester-Mails were deleted without notice. On 08 January 2017
Joe Tarkington has declared he has no paypal and refuses to make Payza his primary payment processor. What Payza funds he does have are reserved for those members that have previously purchased with Payza
- since no-one can have purchased from him no-one will be getting paid. At this time, he
says is only paying by Serve (USA) and Check (USA & Canada) meaning any member not from Canada or the USA will not be paid.
As it turns out, no-one from the US and Canada has been paid.
On 20 January 2017 all affiliate pages, including lifetime affiliate pages were phased out without compensation

serial PTR scammer Joe Tarkington
True to form, Joe Tarkington bought SweetClickers on 25 April 2013 and proceeded to run it into the ground.
A few payments were made, then on 04 May 2013 all payment requests which were
not exactly $1 were deleted and anyone not from a tier 1 or tier 2 country were told they would not be paid. Instead, they must use their earnings for
advertising or leave. From then on, members could request a max of $1 each month, but for many months in the year the site owner was 'too busy' to meet those payment
On 07 January 2016 all payment requests were cancelled without notice and the announcement was made that
SweetClickers had become an ads only site. No more payments would be made and members must use their earnings for advertising. No refunds were
offered for upgrades, affiliate pages nor personal pages bought in good faith.
The blame for the demise of the site was placed squarely on the previous owners' 'mishandling' of the site (it
should be noted that Tarkington was well aware of all site debt when he took on the site), and the membership was blamed for not supporting the site by purchasing upgrades and advertising.
The upgrades and advertising rates had never been touched and remained the same as they were before Tarkington took
over the site. Advertising rates were too high for anyone to make a profit - Tarkington excepted. No sales, contests, competitions or games of any sort
were ever arranged. No effort was made to encourage anyone to buy advertising of any sort.
SweetClickers is packed with advertising. Members have been forced to use earnings to purchase ads,
but the advertising results are poor at best.
This member has $11.78 earned in good faith which she will never see.
~ ALSO PAID TO CLICK Sold without notice on 25 April 2013 by Misty Schoiber to Tony Bishop and again
without notice on 09 November 2014 by Tony Bishop to serial PTR scammer Joe Tarkington, WallabyMail
became another victim of the Patriot Group of sites' scam
Tony Bishop of TGB enterprises left without paying members, WallabyMail was
sold to serial PTR scammer Joe Tarkington on 11 October 2014 with the promise that payment requests, lifetime
affiliate pages, upgrades and personal pages would be honored.
Within months, all payment requests were cancelled without notice and members told they were only allowed to request a maximum of a dollar a month. WallabyMail was soon changed from a successful
paying PTR site to a scam or what Joe Tarkington likes to call a Revenue Share site. Affiliate pages were removed,
lifetime upgrades and personal pages were transferred to other sites, payment requests were deleted and the payment request option was removed.
From then on only the 3 top monthly clickers were paid, but only maximum $1, everyone else who 'earned' and
supported the site did so for nothing since they will not be paid.
However, no payments have been made at this site since 27 September 2016
This member has almost $8 earned in good faith which she will never see.
As of June 2018 program owner serial PTR scammer Joe Tarkington
is over 20 months behind in international payments on all sites in his Patriot Group.
No announcements have been made, no reason given and support tickets are ignored.
Interestingly the site helpers have been paid, which would be fair enough, were it not for the
fact that a major scattering of cash ads on the sites these two ladies help with belong to them.
In other words, international members are clicking the site helper ads but are not being
paid. Something the site helpers must be aware of.
